How does Learning Pass work?
When you subscribe to Learning Pass, you get access to the entire suite of AllRegs Academy’s Self-Study Online Courses and Practical Guides over the course of a year. Currently, there are more than 20 available courses and guides, with new titles in development all the time. Once you subscribe to Learning Pass, you’ll get access codes for all current offerings available on the Learning Management System. All you need is a computer and Internet access to get started.
What topics are available through Learning Pass?
Practical guides are available in a variety of topics, including FHA, VA, reverse mortgages, fraud and more. Available course topics include closing, processing, appraisal, credit scoring and fraudulent document recognition, with a host of mortgage lending topics in development.
Will I receive a certificate for completing the courses?
Yes! AllRegs, a nationally recognized content provider in the mortgage industry, is proud to offer students certificates of completion upon successfully completing AllRegs Academy courses. In fact, you have the opportunity to earn up to 13 certificates with our current offerings!

Is Learning Pass for individuals or companies?
It’s available for individual learners wanting to continue their professional development, as well as departments, divisions or corporate-wide staff. Learning Pass is $395 per person for individual subscriptions from one student to 25 students. If you have more than 25 students on your roster, a corporate Learning Pass is available based on your training needs.
