The fluctuations that began in the mortgage industry are projected to continue throughout 2008.  These events will impact how organizations address loan resets, delinquencies, defaults and foreclosures.  Now is the time to determine if you have an effective loss mitigation plan.  How your organization deals with these issues will certainly impact the bottom line.
 

This 6-hour training is presented in WebEx over a four-week period.  In addition to covering the collection, loss mitigation and foreclosure process, the course provides an introductory section on loss mitigation, alternatives to foreclosures, and investor guidelines.  Participants will increase skills used to analyze data about the borrower and the property.  These skills will allow participants to more effectively structure workout options and mitigate risks of loss and improve the bottom line in the disposition of delinquent loans. Plus, learn how other companies are handling issues such as short sales.

Course Delivery:

The training sessions utilize WebEx technology in conjunction with audio conferencing. Polling capabilities, live chat, and question & answer sessions allow participants to easily interact with subject matter experts. The course consists of four 90-minute sessions, either over a 4-week period or over 4 consecutive days. Pre-reading and exercises are included and accessed through the AllRegs Academy learning management system. Participants are required to complete assignments prior to each session.
