AllRegs Academy’s Advanced Fraudulent Document Recognition Classroom Course teaches participants how they can contribute to fraud prevention efforts.
The second of two required courses for the Certified Fraudulent Document Examiner (CFDE) designation, this course is designed to raise awareness of fraudulent document recognition and improve detection through knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Upon completion of this two and a half day course, you will be able to:
- Describe the scope of fraud in North America
- Define the role of the document evaluator
- Demonstrate document evaluator ethics and responsibilities
- Describe the three-step model for identifying authentic documents and document holders
- Demonstrate the use of interview techniques
- Identify authentic government issued secure documents
- Describe state and federal laws relating to fraudulent documents and chain of evidence

Class Schedule The classroom portion of this training is two and one half days in length. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. on Day 1. Class will begin at 9:00 a.m. each day, ending at 5:00 p.m. on Days 1 and 2. Course will conclude on Day 3 at Noon after a final assessment. Tuition & Registration Tuition is $750 per person.
Tuition includes course materials. Dinner, lodging and travel are not included. Program registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Students will be responsible for their own lunch and beverages throughout the day.
