The Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 establishes minimum standards for pre-licensing mortgage education. In order to fulfill the pre-licensing education requirements; mortgage originators must complete thorough and meaningful training that will meet the 20 hour minimum requirement as well as prepare them for their licensing examination. This series of courses has been developed by industry experts using proven instructional methodologies.
